Organizational inserts created by The Luxe Insert are bespoke, made to order items, therefore once an order has been placed, we aim to fulfill all orders within 7-10 working days (excluding international orders). Please note, that circumstances can arise that may increase this time frame. Should such circumstances arise, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Our operations are closed on the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) as well as on public holidays. All orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Taxes & Duties

International orders are shipped through DHL and are processed on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. This simply means that you will be liable to pay any duty costs incurred at the time of delivery, or prior via DHL.
